TEACHING
METHOD M+E: Written music will be provided from the start but teaching
will be sympathetic to all levels of reading/assimilating music.
Your chance to practise, rehearse and perform in the Festival’s Tuesday afternoon concert. We will join Edinburgh Harp Orchestra, Na Clàrsairean, in a new suite devised by Rhona Smith of Drake Music, Scotland and harpist Stephanie Humphreys in collaboration with Isobel Mieras and Rosemary Mckerchar, inspired by our beautiful capital city, Edinburgh, and its history. Music with parts for all abilities will be sent out in advance. Join us to discover and experience the joy and satisfaction of rehearsing, sharing and refining music to performance level. Through expertise in technology, Drake Music, Scotland enables disabled musicians to independently compose and perform music.
