REBECCA HILL & CHARLIE STEWART
Originally from Argyllshire and Perthshire, Rebecca and Charlie are a dynamic harp and fiddle duo, now based in Glasgow, whose music draws on the heritage of their individual backgrounds. As well as showcasing new material and contemporary compositional techniques, they will include a mixture of arrangements from their debut album ‘Thawcrook’, recorded in 2022, which projected them into the finals of the 'Composer of the Year' category in the MG Alba Scots Trad Music Awards 2023.

MÀIRI CALLAN
Gold medallist for Gaelic singing at the Royal National Mòd in 2021, Màiri’s programme will include traditional and new Gaelic songs with her own clàrsach accompaniments. Mairi was brought up in North Lanarkshire but has family roots in North Uist and has been steeped in Gaelic culture from a young age.
THE IAIN MACLEÒID YOUNG COMPOSER 2024
The winning piece of The Clarsach Society’s Iain Macleòid Young Composer Award will be performed, and the composer will receive the award.
