Many
of the tunes in this important 1784 collection of Highland airs sit
wonderfully well on the wire-strung clarsach and this course will explore
several of them. You will look at the challenges involved in taking them
off the page and onto the strings, along with techniques and ideas to help
you create flowing interpretations in the Gaelic idiom.
