An
experiential session introducing the 5 Pillars of Therapeutic Harp: Modes
– Resonance – Natural Harmony – Synchronicity – Healing Touch. We will use
movement, breath, humming, toning and deep listening to explore how music
influences the body and emotions. Harps are welcome but not required. This
workshop is inclusive, participatory, and open to anyone interested in
music and wellbeing.
You are welcome to bring a harp to the
Workshop.
